Kewadin Casino & Convention Centre has policies of what can and cannot be used by vendors in showcasing crafts. Please note the following:

*
They do not allow the use of any type of confetti, glitter or sparkles that will end up on their carpeting.
*
Please do not use duct tape, nails or tacks on any surfaces.
*
Burning of incense candles are not allowed.
*
You will be held responsible for any damage done to painted, papered or wood surfaces.
*
No food, or snacks for sale.

Set up for vendors is Wednesday March 24, 2009 after 3 pm, or Thursday, March 25, 2009 between 7:00 – 9:00 am.   We would suggest that to avoid any damages, that vendors/traders provide their own racks and display cases to show their work.

This year the fee for 2010 vendor is as follows:

(An additional expense of hosting the conference this year. Anishinaabemowin Teg must charge an additional $10.00 USD/ table that will go directly to the convention centre)

Grand Total cost of $200.00 & $10.00  for three and a half days of the conference.   There will be no reserving of tables; it will be on a first come first served basis.

This cost must be paid in advance by March 12, 2009.

Anishinaabemowin Teg Inc. is a non-profit organization and the vendors’ fee helps cover some of the costs incurred in making this conference happen. Your participation is important to the continuing preservation of Anishinaabemowin.

Vendor’s fee includes 1 8 ft. x 8 ft. space, and 1 table.  Electrical outlets, or any other arrangements must be made to the Conference Coordinator, and an additional fee may be charged.

The Vendor’s fee does not include workshops, any meal tickets or the banquet.

Please call to initially register as a vendor. Your registration vendor fee will then need to be mailed within 10 days in order to confirm your space. Tables are limited and confirmed vendor participation is on a first come first served basis. Please make certified cheque, money order payable to:
